Marianne has worked with Customer Service, Process Optimization, NPS, and VOC programs in general for more than 25 years at Epson, Bisnode and now Dun & Bradstreet. Over the past 5-6 years she has worked on a more strategic level both as a LEAN specialist and as a Customer Engagement leader. A perfect combination, as VOC is a key element to build optimal LEAN processes. From 2018-2021 she lead the NPS program at Bisnode across 15 different markets. Dun & Bradstreet bought Bisnode in November 2021. Marianne is now part of the Global Service Operations team and amongst others she has recently set up transactional surveys for Customer Service measuring all communication channels across all European markets.
